A simple, fair return policy
Last updated . We want you to feel comfortable saying yes — and equally comfortable saying "this isn't for me".
1. The short version
If something you have bought from us is not what you were hoping for, write to the studio within thirty days of purchase and we will refund the price in full. There are no forms to fill in and no questions you must answer.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to every product listed on our products page, including printable guides, personalised blueprints and studio sessions. It also applies to any future products we may add unless we explicitly say otherwise on that product's page.
3. The thirty-day window
The thirty days begin on the day your order is confirmed by email. For posted items the window is extended to thirty days after the item arrives with you. We use the date on your order confirmation or delivery confirmation, whichever is more generous.
4. How to request a refund
Please use the contact form and write "Refund" at the top of your message, along with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain why, although any feedback you would like to share is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve.
5. How we process refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of your request. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a further two to five working days to appear in your account. We will email you to confirm when the refund has been sent.
6. Digital products
For printable guides and blueprints there is no need to return the file — please simply delete any copies you have downloaded once your refund has been processed.
7. Studio sessions
For sessions, the thirty-day window starts on the day of your first call. If you would like to cancel before that call, please give us at least twenty-four hours' notice where possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
8. Posted items
If your studio package included a printed blueprint posted to you, please return it in re-usable condition. We will refund the original price in full once we receive it; return postage costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
9. Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or simply isn't right, please tell us within fourteen days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any postage costs you incur — at no charge to you.
10. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
